Legal Answers Partner and head of litigation Owukori Akuiyibo, leads Legal Answers litigation team to a successful representation of Hon Chigozie Nwaneri at the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

We are pleased to have successfully represented Hon Chigozie Nwaneri  at the Supreme Court in   Appeal No: SC/953/2019: Hon Chigozie Nwaneri VS Edwin Okolie & Others  wherein the apex court  in a unanimous decision  allowed  our appeal.

A further invitation at the instance of the Respondent, for the Supreme Court to re-visit the above judgment was dismissed by a full seven-man panel on the 24th day of September 2019.
