Victor maintains a broad compliance and intellectual property practice and regularly advises on patent, trademark, copyrights with a focus on corporate entities of all sizes and stages of development.
Victor’s practice includes advising clients regarding domain name disputes and protection, and domestic and international trademark portfolio strategy. He also advises clients on the application of existing and emerging laws to the constantly evolving clime of e-commerce and web trading. He handles contracts and licensing in relation to the manufacturing and transfer of technology. In addition, Victor drafts and negotiates outbound and inbound intellectual property licenses and technology services agreements.
Before joining the firm, Victor was part of the intellectual property practice of Daniel E. Osiagor & Associates. He is also a student member at the London Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
Victor is a Senior Associate in the firm.
