Prince is a commercial lawyer with interests in commerce, trade and investment.
Prince’s practice focuses on taxation, banking and financial services, financial regulation, international economic law, competition law, and general legal compliance.
He represents corporations ranging from start-ups to multinationals and private investors, as well as advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. He routinely advises on transactions not limited to corporate restructuring and formation, early-stage company financing strategies, corporate taxation, securities laws, foreign investment, compliance, joint venture and strategic partnering relationships, and employment and labour.
Prince graduated with an LL.B degree from the River State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria; and an LL.M in International Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton (United Kingdom).
He is currently undertaking his PhD degree at the Queen Mary, University of London, United Kingdom where he is focusing on International Investment Law.
Prince is also a Law Lecturer at the River State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
