Owukori is a managing partner and heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice of the firm. His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation thus providing outstanding, result-oriented service in an efficient and cost-effective manner. He offers a broad spectrum of litigation experience representing clients in challenging and complex litigation matters. He covers a wide range of commercial areas ranging from oil and gas to intellectual property, banking and finance, recoveries, employment and labor, insurance, and personal claims. He is active in public law practice as well, and represents clients in election petition matters, human rights claims and criminal cases.
His arbitration practice involves regularly advising and representing clients on arbitration, mediation and general dispute resolution proceedings.
He bagged an LL.B from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, 2006 and was admitted to the Nigerian bar. He is a member of various organizations including the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the International Bar Association.
He jointly established the law firm of Legal Answers LLP and is currently its Co-Managing Partner and Head of the Abuja office.
